Placing an order
You can place an order with us in a couple of different ways. You can place an order here on our website, in one of our participating stores, or over the phone by calling 0330 333 3444 to chat to one of our experts. Click here to find out more about how you can place an order.
What happens once you’ve placed an order?
If you have placed an order with us, first of all, thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with all the important details such as your order number, and the items and services you have purchased. You will receive email updates on the progress of your order. You can also track your order using our online order tracking.
Ways to pay
We accept a number of payment methods, including most major credit cards.

We use trusted third-party couriers to ensure your new made-to-measure curtains, blinds and accessories get to you as safely and swiftly as possible.
- We currently only offer home delivery on our made-to-measure curtains, blinds and accessories products, unless items are purchased in store.
- The delivery charge is made to cover the whole cost of delivery to your home.

Our promise to you – never beaten on price
We’ll refund the difference if, within 28 days of purchase from us, you either:
- Have a quotation for the same products from another retailer at a lower price; or
- Find an equivalent product of the same brand from another retailer at a lower price.

Measure & Fitting
If, however, you are still not comfortable doing this yourself, we have an excellent measure and fitting service. Simply follow these links to book an expert to come and measure (link) and fit (link) your curtains and blinds for you.
Please note we currently do not offer this service in the following locations: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Orkney, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Anglesey.
